Loop Bus Application

Please keep in mind that due to current guidelines and regulations the Loop Bus capacity will be 25 passengers per bus. We also ask that passengers on the bus wear a mask the entire time they are on the bus.

The mission of the Step Up program is to create meaningful opportunities for Tulare County youth to make positive contributions to their community, encourage extra-curricular involvement, and to diminish arrest rates, referral rates, substance abuse, and teen pregnancy by fostering positive associations and social networks.
